When will my order ship?
It will be processed and shipped within 24 hours when placed before 12:30pm ET Monday - Friday.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer 2 shipping options on U.S. orders for your convenience:
USPS standard shipping, which typically arrives in 3-7 business days
Expedited shipping, which typically arrives in 2-3 business days
(Note: this option has temporarily been suspended due to delivery delays.)
Please note that we do not currently offer Saturday deliveries.
Do you ship internationally?
We are able to ship to a limited number of international locations. This currently includes: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
We offer standard shipping on all international orders, using a combination of FedEx and local carriers for last mile delivery. Delivery time is typically 7 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date due to potential customs delays.
Due to our partnership contracts, many of our officially licensed products are not available for sale outside of the United States and its territories. If you try to order one of these products to a restricted country, you will receive an error during checkout.

Where does my order ship from?
All orders placed on our website ship from the United States. We have distribution centers located in California.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note: Our purchasing price is increasing everyday and our profits are falling everyday. As of March 20, 2020, we don't offer returns for infection prevention products.
